These terms govern your use of albunyad.cloud and any services purchased from Al-Bunyad ("we", "us"), Karachi, Pakistan. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Services

We provide cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, monitoring, security and access, full-stack development, digital presence (cPanel, domains, payment gateway and ERP setup), dashboard and report development, data analysis and report automation. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written quotation, proposal or invoice accepted by you.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise, and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
• An order is confirmed when you accept our quotation and we receive the agreed payment (full, or the initial milestone).
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and agreed separately.

Payment

Payments may be made by bank transfer or online through our payment partner Premier PayFast (cards, Raast, bank accounts and mobile wallets). Invoices are due by the date stated on them. We may pause work on overdue invoices.

Your responsibilities

You will provide timely access, information and approvals we reasonably need, and confirm you have the right to give us any systems, data or content you supply. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the custom deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and third-party software remains under its own licence.

Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information and credentials confidential and use them only to deliver the service.

Warranty and liability

We perform services with reasonable skill and care and will fix defects against the agreed scope reported within 14 days of delivery. Except where law does not allow, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi, after good-faith attempts to resolve them directly.
