Al-Bunyad ("we", "us") operates albunyad.cloud and provides cloud, DevOps, software development and data analytics services from Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, company, and the content of your enquiry.
- Billing details needed to invoice you: billing name, address and transaction reference.
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, through standard server logs.
- Project data you share with us while we deliver a service (for example access credentials or business data). We use it only to perform that service.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Premier PayFast, a licensed payment service provider. Card, bank-account and wallet details are entered on the PayFast payment page and are handled by PayFast. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV or PIN. We receive only the payment status and transaction reference.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services you purchased.
- To issue invoices, receipts and process payments and refunds.
- To communicate about your project, support and security notices.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in Pakistan.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with: payment processors (PayFast) to complete transactions; service providers who help us deliver the work (hosting, email), under confidentiality; and authorities where required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as needed to provide services and satisfy legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. We use access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and least-privilege access to protect data. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing contact@albunyad.cloud. We will respond within a reasonable time.
