Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

All Al-Bunyad services are delivered digitally and remotely. We do not ship physical products.

How services are delivered

• Cloud, DevOps and security work is performed directly in your cloud accounts and systems, with access you grant.
• Software, websites and automation are delivered as deployed applications and/or source code via a repository, hosting account or secure download link.
• Dashboards and reports are published to your Power BI workspace or sent as files by email or shared link.

Timelines

Start dates and delivery dates are stated in your quotation. Typical start is within 2-5 business days of receiving payment and the access we need. Small tasks are usually completed within a few days; larger projects are delivered in milestones.

Delivery confirmation

We notify you by email when a milestone or deliverable is ready. You then have 7 days to review it (see the Refund Policy); after that it is treated as accepted.

Delays

If we expect a delay we tell you early and agree a new date. Delays caused by late access, information or approvals from your side are not our delay.

Service area

We are based in Karachi, Pakistan and serve clients in Pakistan and worldwide. Support is available Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00 Pakistan Standard Time.
